Dusch is a self-taught Belgian painter, born in Resteigne in 1954. For thirty years he has been painting his moods and dragging with him the nickname of his young years.
From the figurative period (1977-1993) marking the beginning of the artist, there are only a few traces. Dusch matured, his work followed a great evolution, where in a perpetual search for pictorial identity, the abstract style definitively imposed itself from 1994.
Since 1996, Dusch has exhibited in many places, mainly in Belgium, Switzerland and France. His paintings now appear in several public and private collections.
From his deepest feelings, his paintings are a mirror in which his different states of mind are projected. Far from being fixed, Dusch's work is in continuous evolution where abstraction has allowed him to find a certain freedom of expression which soothes him and which draws the spectators into his fantasmatic and dreamlike universe.
The public can understand his work as he sees fit. The important thing is that he reacts and is touched by the work. Connoisseurs will appreciate the whole of his work because he designs without constraint all his achievements by means of a very evolutionary pallet.
